Making videos has been a staple in my name, not because I am the best at making them or my work is well respected. Simply becouse it is what I love to do. I put care and passion into my projects from the first writing session to the last cut of the edit. I think about it all the time. Video is a staple for the name Spinks.
Going to college I knew I wanted to make movies but I had no idea what that really meant! After dropping out of a football scholarship I needed a job and the broadcast station on campus was hiring! From here I fell in love with making videos.
Campbellsville University is not a film school. However, i met someone there who so randomly directed Kid Rock music videos, which connected me with so many others in Nashville who I would intern with and learn the craft from.
Now, I freelance here in Louisville, KY and work to make the best productions I can whether I’m working for others or focusing on my own projects. I love what I do, and I can’t wait to share my passions with you!
